Please join James Filtz, CMP, CPCE, CHE--trained chef/sommelier and NACE National VP for an experiential tasting lab. James is the Director of Meetings and Special Events at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. In the tasting participants will taste two wines using a systemic tasting methodology used by master sommeliers around the world. In addition to learning about how to better taste these wines, we’ll also discuss pairing theories and suggestions for each of the two wines presented. By the end of our event participants will better learn how to taste, appreciate and pair wines for personal and professional purposes.

But wait, there's more! Two bottles of wine will be dropped off at your home,  business or available for pick-up depending on your address/proximity to downtown Madison.
