5:00pm - Cocktails, Butler Passed Hors D'oeuvres, Silent Auction & Raffle Preview (Hosted Beer, Wine & Soda)
6:30pm - Dinner
18 Hour Braised Umami Short Rib, Roasted Parsnip Barley, Radish, Shiso oil
7:30pm - Performance by Atlas Improv Co.
8:30pm - Awards and Raffle Prizes
