Join NACE Capital Area of Wisconsin and Egg Innovations for an exclusive farm-to-table event supporting bettering the planet for all creatures big and small. The event will showcase how this regenerative farm balances nature to create harmony and sustainability for farm and flock. Set on the pastures of the Teunissen Farm, this special event celebrates how we all have the power to give back to the planet through the businesses we support. It will feature an incredible multi-course feast crafted by Nadi Plates, featuring Helpful Hens and Blue Sky Family Farms pasture-raised eggs.

The National Association for Catering and Events is the premier resource for our regional catering and event professionals. NACE meetings are a platform for networking and education that allows our members to build valuable relationships and bring their businesses to the next level.
Co-Host - Egg Innovations:
Egg Innovations is proud to be the industry leader in regenerative egg farming, and is on a mission to help our chickens, people and planet lead healthier lives. We aim to combat climate change and improve the ecosystem of the planet through sustainable farming practices.

Thank you to Event Essentials as our exclusive provider for all Sustainability Showcase’s rental needs.

ABOUT THE CHEF

We are Nadi Plates (pr. “Naughty Plates”), a brand-new, woman-owned, full-service catering company and mobile food vendor. Our owner and founder, Nadia Santaniello Bucholtz, is the daughter of Italian immigrants-turned-entrepreneurs whose family restaurant was a community staple for more than 50 years until her mother retired in 2019. Nadia has more than 30 years in the catering and event industry, having opened a 300-seat banquet facility in the early 1990s and later moving into the corporate world with leadership positions at Panera, Joe’s Crab Shack, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and UPS.

Sustainability and ethical practices are also a matter of great importance to us. Everyone has a seat at our table, and we don’t penalize anyone for choosing an environmentally-conscious diet. Other initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint include cutting down on single-use plastics and paper, and utilizing reusable and recycled materials whenever possible. Because of that, the mission of Egg Innovations is something that deeply resonates with us, and something we are proud to help promote.

RAFFLE

We are raffling off the exclusive opportunity to take a private flight to this event from Madison. You and a guest will jet off with pilot Matt Hofeldt from the Middleton Airport for a brief aerial tour of Southern Wisconsin before landing locally, where you will be picked up via limo to finish your journey to the event. Be sure to enjoy the open bar, because you’ll then get a ride back home to complete the evening and be in bed long before those driving even make it back to town! The cost to enter this raffle is $50 per ticket.

Additionally, we are raffling off seats for you and a guest to ride in our limo from Madison headed to this event. The limo will depart Madison ~1:30pm, drive passengers directly to the event (fun, food, and beverages included on the ride!), and return back to Madison ~9:30pm. The cost to enter this raffle is $20 per ticket.

July program registration is not included with either of these experiences and must be purchased separately. Winners will be drawn and announced virtually after ticket sales end on July 8th. If you would like shuttle transport either way, please purchase shuttle tickets to reserve your seat(s), and your purchase will be refunded if you are a raffle winner. There is no limit on raffle ticket purchases and you can enter both raffles. Winner for the airplane raffle will be drawn first, then the limo raffle (cannot win both).

Raffle tickets may be purchased on registration page alongside event tickets.
